In episode 1 of the Battery Caffè podcast, we discuss the major challenges for companies seeking investment in this area, explore which other sectors companies can look at and/or learn from, and give some tips for companies seeking investment.
This first episode was inspired by our work on the Faraday Battery Challenge Investment Readiness Programme over the past few months. The Programme, launched in January 2021, took a selection of UK-based SMEs on a journey of training and bespoke workshops and culminated in an Investment Showcase in April 2021.
