About the series

Geo for Earth is a podcast series that explores the critical role that location intelligence and space data have in helping us tackle climate change, and reach our Net Zero ambitions across sectors. Organised by Innovate UK KTN's Space and Geospatial Leads, Andy Bennett and Luca Budello, the eight 40-minute episodes will feature discussions around COP-specific topics with two guest speakers, featuring policy makers, sector specialists, and emerging thinkers. 

In our past episodes, we have been introducing how hydrogen is produced and where it should be used, delving into where it will be most effective in decarbonising energy, industrial and chemical industries, and dedicated the last episode to focus especially on the aviation industry.

In this fifth and last episode of the Battery Caffè series, Nikoleta Piperidou and Sheena Hindocha of KTN are discussing batteries for off-highway vehicles together with Steve Abbott of Hyperdrive and Jon Regnart from the Advanced Propulsion Centre (UK).
